Line Dam has a diverse work experience with 10 different roles in various companies. Their most recent role is as a People Development Coordinator at InCommodities. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Assistant in People & Culture at ISS Facility Services Danmark and as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Danmark. Line also has experience in education, having been a lecturer at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University and a student teacher in organizational behavior. In addition, they have worked in hospitality, tourism, and customer service roles, including as a receptionist at First Hotel Atlantic, a service representative at Spies dk, and a guide at Danski A/S. Line has also worked in a kiosk and as a cashier at MENY.

Line Dam studied at Risskov Gymnasium from 2012 to 2015 and earned their Gymnasieeksamen with a focus on Global Society Class. In 2015, they attended Service & Co and obtained their Guidekole certificate. From 2018 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University. Line is currently enrolled at the same university pursuing a Kandidatgrad in Strategy, organization and leadership, expected to be completed by 2023.
