Prior experience includes work in Departamento Pessoal at Construtora Conic Souza Filho Ltda. and roles in Capital Humano at Rede Globo, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Mayara holds a Bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and an MBA in Labor and Social Security Law from FAFIRE, along with a technical diploma in Business Administration from SENAI.
