Niels De Bie currently serves as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Incofin Investment Management, a position held since April 2019, overseeing financial management for various funds and leading a team. Niels previously held roles at Incofin as FP&A manager and Senior FP&A analyst, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Prior to that, Niels worked as a Financial Business Controller at Argenta from September 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included P&L analysis, long-term business planning, and improving management reporting processes. Niels began a career in consultancy at CSC, participating in a significant SAP implementation project and conducting business analysis for a banking application. Education includes a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the same institution, complemented by studies at the Goa Institute of Management.
