Shannon Honebrink serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Included Health, a position held since February 2021. Previously, Shannon was the Head of Technical Recruiting at Airtable, where the Technical Recruiting function was established, and prior to that, Shannon worked at Cloudera in various recruiting roles focused on engineering and product. As a co-founder and Director of Recruiting at Grit Matters, Shannon developed innovative recruiting strategies and successfully built teams for several companies, including Xero and Flurry. Additional experience includes significant roles at Winter Wyman, KoreOne Inc., and Davis IT & Engineering, with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment across various sectors. Shannon holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2005.
