Beth Palamara began their career in 1990 as an Account Coordinator at Estee Lauder, where they hired, trained, and developed sales personnel for retail partners in Northeast Ohio. Beth also worked as a liaison between the buying/purchasing office and store management to meet and exceed sales goals. In 1996, Beth moved to Blue Technologies, where they held three positions: Director of Communications, Human Resource Manager, and Sales Representative. In their Sales Representative role, they sold office equipment in an assigned territory via front-end marketing. Finally, in 2021, Beth joined Include Software as the Culture and Business Strategy Lead. In this role, they provide an all-inclusive ERP software to landscaping businesses nationwide.

Beth Palamara received their high school diploma from Uniontown High School in 1986, having studied a college prep curriculum. Beth then attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a BA in 1990.
