Iain Whittington is an experienced SAP Project Manager currently working at Incitec Pivot Limited since August 2024. Previously, Iain led the initial design and planning of the S/4HANA brownfield upgrade at Newmont Corporation from November 2023 to March 2024, overseeing both onshore and offshore SAP teams. With a robust history at Newcrest Mining Limited from April 2014 to November 2023, Iain managed over 30 SAP projects, focusing on technical implementations such as SAP BTP implementation and infrastructure migrations. Earlier experience includes significant roles at IBM, where Iain served in various capacities, including SAP Service Delivery and Transition Manager, coordinating major project transitions and managing large teams for SAP initiatives. Iain holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing and Instrumentation from Swinburne University of Technology, completed in 1997, and attended Caulfield Grammar School from 1987 to 1992.
