Grant Mason has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Incitec Pivot Limited since November 2014, with prior roles including Vice President of Human Resources for Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific and Vice President of Employee Relations and HR Shared Services. Grant has led diverse HR teams across multiple regions, managing key functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR analytics. Previous experience includes leadership positions at QGC, Coffee Causes, Yackstar, Great People Systems, and Rio Tinto, among others. Grant holds a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Labour Relations from Monash University and has additional training from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
