Barry Knight has extensive experience in environmental management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Specialist and Health, Safety, Environment & Community Manager at Incitec Pivot Limited since August 2014, responsibilities include leading and improving HSEC performance. Barry has also acted as Portland Operations Manager, emphasizing safety, budget management, and consultative leadership. Prior experience at Alcoa from 2002 to 2014 includes roles such as Potroom Production Manager (Acting) and Technical & Environment Manager, where oversight of production processes and environmental compliance was paramount. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) in Chemistry and Maths from the University of Ballarat and ongoing studies toward a Diploma in Project Management at The Gordon.
