Jacob Sorensen currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Incident IQ since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jacob held senior leadership positions at NAVEX Global from June 2016 to March 2024, including Senior Vice President of IRM Sales and Vice President of Global Sales Operations & Strategy. Jacob's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Integra from August 2007 to June 2016, where Jacob directed several key departments including Inside Sales, Customer Marketing, and Customer Success. Jacob began professional career at Eschelon Telecom from July 2001 to August 2007 as the Manager of Account Management, leading teams across multiple states before the company was acquired by Integra. Jacob holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
