Lee Pickering has extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Warranty Manager at Inchcape UK since April 2006. Initially working as Warranty Administrator, Lee gained accreditation as a Volkswagen Approved Warranty Executive in 2009 and subsequently managed warranty responsibilities at multiple locations, achieving outstanding audit results with minimal error rates and high EH&S compliance. Previous roles include Parts Advisor at Inchcape, Transport Supervisor/Driver at Britannia Accident Assist, and various positions in the tobacco industry, including Performance Analyst at Japan Tobacco International, where Lee contributed to quality control and ISO9001 accreditation efforts. Lee began a career in shopfitting as an Apprentice with Ripple Retail Concepts, attaining a level 2 City and Guilds qualification in cabinet making. Education was completed at Radclyffe Comprehensive from 1983 to 1988.
