Grzegorz Nykiel is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Internal Audit Manager at Inchcape plc since May 2023, Grzegorz oversees the Europe & Africa Plan and leads a team to conduct risk-based audits. Prior to this, Grzegorz was the Internal Audit Manager at Brembo S.p.A., focusing on assurance activities and internal control evaluations from September 2020 to April 2023. Grzegorz also held positions at United Technologies, where responsibilities included managing internal audits and assessing internal controls. Grzegorz's career began as a Junior Financial Analyst and progressed through various financial and managerial roles at companies including Alior Bank SA and ING Polska. Grzegorz holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Politechnika Rzeszowska and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Krakow University of Economics.
