Kristina Belhedi currently serves as the Head of Sales Support Department at Inchcape Lietuva since July 2019, where responsibilities include preparing bonus reports, leading the sales support staff, and improving operational effectiveness. Prior to this, Kristina held the position of FCA Brand Manager for the Baltics at Autobrava from January 2019 to July 2019, focusing on product development, market analysis, and inventory management. From May 2014 to January 2019, Kristina was the Head of Logistics Department at Modus Group, overseeing team performance, recruitment, and system implementation. Kristina began the professional career as an Import Coordinator at Krasta Auto from July 2009 to May 2014, managing the order-to-delivery process and related documentation. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
