Josh Mountain has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2009, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer as an Independent Contractor/Consultant. From January 2014 to September 2014, they served as the Director of Technology and later became a Partner at User10, a company that specializes in product strategy and UX/UI design. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at IncentivePilot, a role they have held since January 2020.

Josh Mountain attended Horizon High School from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. Josh then went on to attend the University of Arizona from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on Management Information Systems and Services, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field.
