Austin Chang is an experienced Business Analyst and Developer with a strong background in systems analysis and project management, currently working at Incentive Technology Group since June 2012. Notable projects include the Electronic Acquisition Service Integrated Application and the GSA Real Estate Exchange Application, both for the General Services Administration, where responsibilities encompassed requirement gathering, process modeling, functional testing, and regional training facilitation. Austin has also led an Operations and Maintenance team and developed comprehensive training materials. Prior internships involved GIS data integration and traffic simulation analysis within academic settings.
