Mantu Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. mantu started their career as a System Administrator at BIBA in 2004, where they worked until January 2006. After that, they joined Indiabulls Group, initially as a System Administrator from 2007 to 2009, and later as a Technical Lead from 2009 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Incedo Inc. as a Project Manager and worked there until 2022, during which they held various roles, including Senior Project Manager and Associate Director, Principal Security Architect.

Mantu Shaw obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Vinoba Bhave University from 1996 to 1999. From 2001 to 2004, they studied at Sambalpur University, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA). In terms of additional certifications, Mantu Shaw obtained various credentials such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in 2019 and 2023, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from simpl in 2021, AWS Solution Architect Associate from Simplilearn in 2020, and others.
