Joseph Santhiyagu has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Joseph began their career at HCLTech as a Network Engineer in 2005 and then moved on to Midas Communication Technologies as a Customer Support Engineer in 2006. In 2008, they joined CSS Corp as a Sr. Network Engineer and worked there until 2011.

Joseph then joined HCL Technologies as a Technical Lead for Juniper Networks from 2011 to 2014. Joseph then worked as a Technical Lead for Ericsson from 2014 to 2017, and later as a Senior Technical Lead for Ericsson from 2015 to 2017. Joseph also served as a Technical Specialist for Dell at HCL Technologies from 2017 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Joseph worked as a Technical Specialist at HCL Technologies and then joined Pulse Secure as a Senior Software Test Engineer in 2020. In 2021, they joined Incedo Inc. as a Principal Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Principal Engineer in 2022.

Joseph Santhiyagu earned a Bachelor's Degree in B.E Electrical and Electronics from St. Joseph's College of Engineering from 2001 to 2005.
