Lara Smith Weber is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Inari since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lara held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ONWARD from June 2022 to October 2023. At MorphoSys, from October 2013 to May 2022, Lara progressed through various senior roles, including US CFO and Head of Commercial FP&A, as well as Interim CFO. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Telefónica Deutschland and Booz Allen Hamilton, along with early career roles at Unaxis and Siemens. Lara holds an MBA from IMD and dual degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University.
