Liliana Gomez Alvarez has extensive experience in human resource management and organizational administration, currently serving as Gerente GH Cluster Construcci贸n y Diversificados and Directora Nacional de Gesti贸n Humana at INACAR Constructora S.A since July 2014. Prior roles include Directora Administrativa at J&H Ingenieria S.A.S and Subgerente de Talento Humano at Nexans Colombia. Liliana's career began as Asistente de Operaciones with Departamento de Seguridad Naciones Unidas, with freelance advisory work and a position as Coordinadora de Bienestar Social at SEVICOL LTDA also noted.
