Victoria Baselga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and human resources. Currently serving as Socia at WomenCEO since January 2023, Victoria has been a Socia Fundadora at Magallanes Consultores de Dirección since January 1993, focusing on executive recruitment and providing HR consulting to companies and transitioning executives across sectors such as food and consumer goods, cutting-edge technologies, and sports. Additionally, Victoria has held the position of Socia and member of the Audit Committee at INAC Global Executive Search since June 1997, contributing to the organization’s international efforts in executive search across over 50 countries. Victoria's educational background includes a recent Program on Executive Transition to Board Member from Esade, a Master's in Human Resources from the Instituto de Directivos de Empresa, and a degree in French Philology and Simultaneous Interpretation from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
