Sean Gallagher serves as the Senior Vice President at In-Q-Tel since June 2014, overseeing relationships with the Intelligence Community and facilitating the delivery of innovative technologies for national security. Prior to this role, Sean was the Vice President of Strategic Development at Altamira Technologies Corporation from September 2006 to June 2014, where leadership efforts focused on corporate business development and process implementation. Sean's experience within the Department of Defense as Chief IT Financial Manager for six months in 2006 involved directing IT budget planning and execution, while a six-year tenure as Lieutenant in the US Navy included program management and contract assessment. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
