Justin Wilder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and information operations. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President, Cyber Practice Lead at In-Q-Tel since March 2014, Justin leads a team dedicated to aligning cyber investment strategies with national security priorities. Concurrently serving as faculty at IANS since March 2017, Justin previously held the position of Director of Virginia Operations and Senior Principal Scientist at Siege Technologies, LLC, where the focus was on advancing technology solutions for the Information Operations community. Early in the career, Justin held significant roles at System Planning Corporation, Lockheed Martin, and Telos Corporation, and possesses advanced degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University and the University of Maryland, respectively.
