Brian Hellinger is a Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Brian ensures the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of software systems and applications. Brian is also a Contributing Author at In Plain English, focusing on articles about AWS and the Cloud industry. Additionally, Brian is a Member of the Northern Ohio InfraGard Members Alliance. In the past, Brian was an Operations Manager at RECO Equipment, Inc. Brian also completed an intensive DevOps program at Level Up In Tech, covering topics such as Linux, AWS, TerraForm, and Python.
