Michelle de Nevares has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Michelle began their career as a Team Leader at Next Latinoamerica S.A. in 2009. Michelle then moved to Lufthansa Systems in 2011 as a Technical Project Manager. In 2013, they worked as a Search Engine Optimization Expert at 1&1 Internet Development SRL. From 2014 to 2017, Michelle worked at American Express as a QA Lead and Team Leader, and at Buenos Aires Counseling as a Professional Counselor. During this time, they also held a role as Business Office Manager at Asociación Argentina de Counselors. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at Bons, and in 2020, they worked as a Project Manager and Product Analyst / Project Manager Junior at GM2. Currently, they are a Release Manager & Scrum Master at In All Media.

Michelle de Nevares has an extensive education history. Michelle obtained a Client-Centered Counselor degree, specialised in Personal Development, from HOLOS Capital between 2011 and 2014. In 2019, they obtained a PMI ACP & Scrum Master degree from CEOLEVEL in Project Management. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, such as The Art of Negotiation from Coursera in September 2020, Iniciación y Planificación de Proyectos from Coursera in August 2020, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in December 2019, PMI ACP & Scrum Master Training from CEOLEVEL in November 2019, and First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in December 2004.
