Jeff Kluever is an accomplished professional in training and development, currently serving as the Senior Training and Development Coordinator at IMT Insurance since July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Corporate Training at MidAmerican Energy Company, where Jeff led a team that developed leadership workshops and managed a learning management system impacting over 3,500 employees. Previously, at The Robert D & Billie Ray Center-Drake University, Jeff directed programs and administration, providing professional development for numerous organizations. Jeff's early career included leadership positions in education at Pamplin Historical Park and the Allen County Historical Society, and a role as Graduate Assistant Football Coach at Carroll University, where education was also a focus. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Carroll University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Grinnell College.
