Jason McNatt has extensive experience in the IT industry. Jason started their career at UNFI in 1996, holding various positions until 2005. Following that, they worked as a Computer Support Technician at Hills Bank and Trust Company from 2005 to 2006. Afterward, they joined MobileDemand as an Operations and Network Administrator from 2006 to 2009.

In 2009, Jason joined IMT Insurance, where they have held multiple roles. Jason started as a Tech Specialist from 2009 to 2010 and then became a Network Architect from 2010 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an IT Operations Manager, and subsequently, as a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at IMT Insurance.

Jason McNatt earned their Associate's degree in Management Development from Kirkwood Community College in 2001. Jason then went on to pursue a BBA with a focus in Management Information Systems at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2001 to 2003.
