Michael Arnold, DNP, FHRS has a diverse work experience in healthcare, starting as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2000. Michael later worked as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Leader, and Manager in various hospital settings. Michael also served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician. From 2011 to 2014, they specialized in Cardiac Electrophysiology as a Nurse Specialist and Clinical Account Executive. Currently, they are a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Pima Heart & Vascular, treating patients with heart rhythm abnormalities and specializing in atrial fibrillation and flutter. Additionally, they have held roles at Carondelet Health Network and Biosense Webster. Recently, they joined Impulse Dynamics as the Assoc. Director of Advanced Education and Data Development, following prior roles as a Medical Science Liaison and Senior Manager in Medical Education.

Michael Arnold, DNP, FHRS, began their education journey by earning a High School Diploma from Danbury High School in 1994. Michael then pursued an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing Science from Pima Community College in 2006. Building on this foundation, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from the University of Phoenix in 2010. Dr. Arnold then continued their education at The University of Arizona College of Nursing, where they obtained a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012 and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Cardiac Electrophysiology & Sudden Cardiac Arrest in 2014. Finally, they achieved their Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science from Walden University in 2025. Throughout their career, Dr. Arnold has also obtained various certifications in Cardiovascular Medicine-NP, Cardiac Electrophysiology, Family Practice, and is a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society.
