Yanet Morales Ramírez

Technical Director

Yanet Morales Ramírez has over 13 years of experience in various roles, starting in 2007 as a Fullstack .NET Developer at CINID. Yanet later worked as a System Analyst and Senior Fullstack .NET Developer at Desoft, where they were involved in release planning and stakeholder management. In 2012, they joined Producciones IRIS, Dirección Informatización Universidad de La Habana as a Project Manager and PHP Fullstack Developer, handling resource management and cost management.

Following that, they worked at MyCasaParticular as a Senior Fullstack PHP Developer, where they were responsible for development tasks and automatic deployment processes. Later, they became a Product Owner at Grupo Carricay, leading the creation of various web and mobile applications in different industries such as healthcare and agriculture.

From 2017 to 2018, Yanet worked at First Due as a Senior Fullstack PHP Consultant and was in charge of map library migration and complex map functionalities. Most recently, they worked at Improving as a Technical Director, focusing on Jira management, product roadmap, and project planning.

Yanet has extensive experience in Jira management, product roadmap and goals, as well as contract review and resource management. Yanet has worked on projects related to maritime distress management, gas and oil production, travel agencies, and healthcare systems. Throughout their career, Yanet has exhibited strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Yanet Morales Ramírez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Havana University from 2001 to 2006.
