Carel Ketelaars is an experienced professional in team building, project leadership, and serious experience design. Since May 2016, Carel has been involved with IntoTheMirror, facilitating team-building workshops and immersive experiences like escape games and serious games. Additionally, Carel has served as an ICT business consultant at IMPROVEN since June 2015, providing process and ICT advice while overseeing various projects, including serious game development for housing corporations. Carel's past roles include information manager and analyst at Waterschap Vechtstromen, where support was provided for project management and financial system integration. Carel has also taught ICT and project management at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has held various consulting positions in process management and financial training. Carel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Hanze and a Propedeuse in Economics from the University of Groningen.
