Elease Terry has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving on the Leadership Council of Improve Your Tomorrow since December 2023, Elease also works as an Accounting & Finance Consultant with DENM Group since April 2020. Elease holds a position on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northern California and previously served as the Director of Finance at MarketOne Builders, Inc. from April 2019 to May 2024. Elease has a history of board involvement with Sister of Nia, Inc. and CFMA | Sacramento Chapter, where Elease was also Chapter President. Prior roles include VP of Finance at Otto Construction and Controller at Urata & Sons Cement, Inc. Elease earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accountancy from National University between 1998 and 2001.
