Al Colon has extensive experience in information security and compliance, currently serving as the Global Head of Security and Compliance at Imprivata since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing the Information Security Management System and overseeing security operations and compliance teams. Previously, Al Colon held roles at ESPN, including Director of Security Services, where strategic leadership of the information security program was provided. With a strong foundation in technology education, Al Colon has also taught various courses at Tunxis Community College and Goodwin College. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. Al Colon's career began in the United States Air Force, where foundational skills in technology were developed.
