Mariana Pali Coontz currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Imprint since June 2023. Prior to this role, Mariana was a Board Member at Darien Arts Center from September 2021 to September 2023 and held the position of Chief Financial & Operating Officer at DigniFi from May 2022 to May 2023, where significant achievements included driving financial turnaround and facilitating external debt raises. Mariana's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Synchrony from April 2014 to March 2022, where vital contributions were made during the IPO and separation from GE. Earlier in Mariana's career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., from August 2003 to April 2014, a series of leadership positions were held, culminating as Assistant Treasurer for Consumer & Community Bank. Mariana's educational background comprises a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University and a BS in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
