Chitra Subramanian is a Senior Manager- Product Development, Commercialization at Impossible Foods since May 2019. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Scientist at Cabot Corporation from October 2011 to May 2019. Chitra Subramanian holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut, earned between 2007 and 2011, as well as a Master of Science in Textile Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, completed between 2004 and 2007.
