Mariana Puhlmann is an experienced Talent Manager currently at Important Looking Pirates VFX since October 2023. Previously, Mariana held the position of Head of People & Culture at Volumental from June 2018 to October 2023, overseeing the overall people strategy and leading the People & Culture team, with responsibilities including Talent Acquisition, employee on/offboarding, and Training & Development programs. Mariana also served as a People & Culture Specialist at Volumental, managing full-cycle recruitment across various departments. Prior experience includes working as an Organizational Consultant at Intelectus, where Mariana provided HR services to major companies, and as a Mental Health Intern at CAPS II Prado Veppo, focusing on psychotherapy and emergency care. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, completed in 2016.
