Marine Vidaud is a seasoned professional in the field of asset management and construction, currently serving as the Head of Lean Construction for the Building Division at Implenia since September 2019. In this role, Marine leads the implementation of Lean Construction practices across projects in the French-speaking region of Switzerland. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor at IMDM, focusing on industrializing asset management service delivery, and holding various leadership positions at OXAND, where Marine was responsible for profit and loss, managed a multidisciplinary team, and provided strategic consulting to top management. Marine's educational background includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from EPFL and IAM certification from The Institute of Asset Management.
