Jennifer Liotta is a seasoned legal professional serving as General Counsel at Impiricus since September 2024. Previously, Jennifer held the same title at Volato from August 2021 to September 2024, where significant accomplishments included leading a legal team and overseeing a successful SPAC IPO. Jennifer's extensive experience includes roles as General Counsel at Agrify Corp and TriGrow Systems, and as Managing Attorney at Tanager Legal, LLC. Additional legal expertise was gained at Interface, Inc. and Agrinamics, Inc., as well as during tenure at Alston & Bird, focusing on intellectual property litigation. Jennifer began a legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Leonard Davis and earned Juris Doctor and Bachelor's degrees from Emory University School of Law and The College of Idaho, respectively.
