Esther McLaughlin is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in development and philanthropy across various arts organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Philanthropy & Partnerships at Impetus since January 2024, McLaughlin previously held leadership roles including Director of Development at Serpentine and Director of Development & Fundraising at the Royal Academy of Dance.
