Debotosh Bhattacharya has extensive experience in operations and vendor management across various industries. Currently serving as Team Lead for Operations and Vendor Management at PGi since September 2012, Debotosh oversees vendor management for Telco operations, fraud detection, and pricing and invoice management. Previous roles include UK Ops Lead at Tech Mahindra Limited, where Debotosh managed transition projects, and Operations Lead at HCL Technologies, focusing on the transition of US Financial processes to India. Earlier career achievements include a managerial position at IBM in a contact center environment and roles at Pizza Corner India Ltd, ModiLuft GSA, and Access Worldwide, contributing to sales and operational efficiencies. Debotosh holds a Bachelor of Arts from Osmania University and a diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management in Calcutta.
