Taylor Krumrei has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at Imperial Supplies since February 2015, following a role as an Account Representative. Previous positions include Wellness Center Intern, Wellness Coach, Great Escape Instructor, and Fitness Center Desk Attendant at YMCA of the USA from January 2013 to December 2014. Additionally, Taylor held the position of Freshman Girls Volleyball Coach at Stevens Point Area School for a brief period in 2014 and worked as a Print Operator/Customer Service representative at DigiCOPY from October 2012 to April 2014. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, completed in 2014.
