Ron Sharp has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ron started their career in 1988 as a Sales Representative at Office Systems, where they achieved recognition as the top performer. In 1990, they joined PepsiCo as a Sales Management professional and went on to hold various roles, including Director of Field Sales, Director of Lipton US Field Sales, Director of Foodservice, and Business Development Manager. During their tenure at PepsiCo, Ron demonstrated their expertise in managing sales teams, developing strategic plans, and exceeding targets. Ron also worked at Western United States as a Business Development Manager, Sales, where they trained and influenced sales team members to drive growth in Lipton sales. Additionally, Ron worked in Retail as a Key Account Sales Manager, focusing on developing and executing sales strategies for national regional accounts. In the Foodservice sector, they tripled volume and secured multi-million dollar contracts with school districts and college campuses as a Key Account Sales Manager. Ron most recently retired from their own venture, Sharpo Ventures LLC, in 2022.

Ron Sharp attended the University of Central Missouri from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Management. Additionally, during this time period, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree with a specialization in Business Management from the same institution.
