Mark Foster, P.Eng, currently serves as the Lithium Business Development Manager at Imperial Oil, tasked with developing a Lithium business in Canada and managing the Imperial/E3 Lithium venture. With a tenure at Imperial Oil starting in 2005, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Business Transformation Lead and Manager of Cold Lake Major Projects, overseeing significant capital projects aimed at greenhouse gas intensity reduction. Prior experience at ExxonMobil includes positions such as External Relations Sr. Advisor and Technical Lead for major projects including the Hebron Project and Eastern Canada Subsea Projects. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University and has completed several advanced programs in global leadership and project management at Thunderbird School of Global Management and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
