Margaret Burke Kline, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Shared Services at Imperial Dade, providing leadership and management for the organization’s shared services functions and focusing on continuous process improvements. Prior to this role, Kline was Deployment & Integration Senior Manager for North America at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of the global finance transformation strategy. Kline's extensive experience at Stryker includes roles such as Director of High Risk Payment US Leader, where innovative solutions were implemented for managing significant annual spend, and Director of Financial Shared Services, overseeing key financial functions and promoting operational excellence. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Finance at Bon Secours Charity Health System, directing financial strategy for a large healthcare system. Kline holds an MBA in Finance from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
