Scott Elliott currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Imperative Care, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Scott was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Industry Group at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from September 2015 to August 2023. Scott has extensive experience in law, having been a Partner at Ropes & Gray from June 2006 to September 2015 and at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe from October 1992 to June 2006. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) obtained between 1989 and 1992, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 1988.
