Lisa Sottosanti Doyle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relations and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Client Officer and Strategic Global Consultant at Imparta since April 2023, Lisa previously held the roles of EVP, Learning Experiences and Sr. Director, Design & Development at VantagePoint Performance from March 2015 to September 2023. Earlier career highlights include a consulting role at Murphy & Milano from 1992 to 1998 and training and development positions at MCI between 1986 and 1992. Academically, Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Development from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
