Sean Wheeler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and logistics. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Impala Terminals since February 2021, Sean is instrumental in connecting producers and consumers across the Copperbelt and African markets with international logistics solutions. Prior to this, Sean held various pivotal roles at DHL Global Forwarding, including Head of Business Development and Head of Sales for South Africa, and was a Trade Lane Manager. Sean also founded Freight Training E (Pty) Ltd, focusing on distance learning and import/export risk management, and co-founded Freight Training (Pty) Ltd, where marketing and sales responsibilities were key. Early career experience includes serving as Sales and Route Development Manager at Profreight/AEI, enhancing USA routes and establishing significant operational success. Educational credentials encompass studies at GIBS Business School, complemented by foundational education at Jeppe Boys and Edenglen High.
