Carina Burger has extensive experience in environmental management, currently serving as Environmental Manager at Impala Platinum since February 2002. Previously held roles include Laboratory Analyst, Safety and Environmental Manager, and Environmental Officer within the same organization. Carina holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc in Environmental Management from the University of Johannesburg, an Hons B.Sc in Environmental Monitoring and Modelling from UNISA, a B.Sc in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa, and a National Diploma in Safety Management, also from UNISA. Additional training includes a course in Loss Prevention in the Chemical Industry from Bergische Universität Wuppertal in 2013.
