Stuart Take is currently an advisor at ImpactKarma, a social enterprise startup based in Vancouver. Stuart has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, including stints at Deutsche Bank, GE Capital, and Citi.

Stuart began their career at Citi in 1986 as a Mortgage Services Project Manager and Payoff Supervisor. Stuart then moved to GE Capital in 1987, where they held various leadership positions over the next 12 years. In 1999, they were promoted to Head of Financial Institutions Banking (Asia, ex-Japan) at Deutsche Bank, where they worked until 2002.

In 2002, Stuart returned to GE Capital as VP Strategic Accounts / Managing Director Global Structured Transactions (Mortgage Insurance). Stuart remained with the company until 2004, when GE Capital spun off its Insurance Division to create Genworth Financial. Stuart then rejoined Deutsche Bank as an advisor, before moving to ImpactKarma in 2018.

Stuart Take's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After working in the field for a few years, Stuart decided to return to school to get their MBA in Finance from the same university.
