Naoshi Yamauchi is currently an advisor at ImpactKarma, but they have plenty of experience in leadership positions at other companies.
Yamauchi first started their career as a project management intern at GlaxoSmithKline in 2006. Naoshi quickly moved up the ranks to become a project manager at Beechwood Associates Inc. in 1999.
In 2007, they became the manager of business intelligence at Lulu.com. There, they pioneered the A/B testing on ads and landing pages that increased profitability by 8%. Naoshi also managed vendor marketing performance for PPC, SEO, and digital media.
In 2009, Yamauchi became the CEO of Brooks Bell. Naoshi led the company to hit their financial target four months ahead of forecast. Additionally, they took on the role of CEO and President with additional oversight of sales and marketing. Naoshi also led the investment and management of company finances and guided the company through major cultural and organizational changes.
Naoshi Yamauchi received an MBA in Marketing & Innovation Management from North Carolina State University. Prior to that, they attended Appalachian State University.
