Kumaravel Ganesan has over a decade of experience in the footwear and leather industry, currently serving as a Sr. Learning Facilitator at Impactiva since June 2014. Prior professional roles include Quality Assurance at INDIA SHOES EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED from June 2013 to May 2014, and Production Hall Incharge at Althaf Shoes from June 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing quality and production across multiple conveyors and supervising a large workforce. Kumaravel's career began as a Leather Technician at Forward Leathers from June 2008 to May 2009, specializing in wet processing and sample leather production. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Footwear Science and Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Leather Technology, both from Anna University Chennai, complemented by HSC in Computer Science from St. Joseph Matriculation School.
