Kelsey Florence, LCSW, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Intensive Outpatient Therapist at Impact Wellness Network since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and MSSW Practicum Supervisor at Hosparus Health from August 2021 to December 2024. Kelsey has also held positions such as SAMHSA Clinical Services Coordinator at Louisville Metro Government, Care Coordinator and Youth Counselor at Maryhurst, Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Louisville, and Community Health Navigator at the University of Louisville Trager Institute. Kelsey earned a Master of Social Work from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Louisville. Kelsey began higher education studies at Northern Kentucky University.
