Lisa Melroy is currently the treasurer at Impact and has previous experience as a controller at Congregation Beth El and an executive director at Holy Cross Academy. Lisa has also worked as a VP/financial analyst/regional agency controller at Willis HRH. Throughout their various positions, Lisa has developed best practices to ensure timely fiscal closes, enhanced reporting to provide senior leadership with relevant and timely data, and automated enrollment and admissions processes to increase staff efficiencies. In their most recent position as executive director at Holy Cross Academy, they also focused on improving collections which resulted in an increase of $100,000 in receipts. Additionally, they were a diocesian lead project team member to consolidate the payroll function which resulted in savings of 15% of payroll costs.
Lisa Melroy attended Rowan University, where they earned a certification in Certified Public Accountant from the State of New Jersey.
